The product remains unopened and has more than six months remaining before its expiration date (such products will be donated for public welfare purposes);
The product was purchased during a promotional event, and you hold valid proof of stock while inventory remains available.

Domestic
We accept any unopened items for a full refund only within 14 days after shipment with proof of purchase.
Once the item has been used, we CANNOT accept a return.
Delivery charges are Nonrefundable.
25% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges after 14 days.
No refund will be issued after 30 days of your purchasing.
Attach a photocopy of the invoice in your package with return reasons and actions to be taken such as for a refund or exchange.
International
If the package is seized by your local customs or lost during delivery, we cannot issue a credit for the order.
However, if the package is fully returned and in good condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the merchandise only.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
We cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying the additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties nor any related delivery delays or seized products.
However, we work very hard to pick a great rate from our carrier, so that the majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees.
In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. Please read the attached “customs declaration forms” carefully once we email to you.
Please note once the records show the package arrived in your country, we cannot be responsible for any lost item. You must report it to your local post office.
